We are available for one on one personal training sessions to help you reach your goals. We know what it's like to balance family life, work and other commitments and can train you at your home, gym, on a bike, at our base gym Shredded Health & Performance Innaloo. (subject to availability.)

We offer a truly bespoke and comprehensive personal training service for all fitness levels, aside from the personal training sessions we provide all our PT clients with ongoing support, nutritional guidance, and more. We have a wealth of experience between us and when we take on a personal training client, we give our all to make sure you achieve your goals!

Where are you based for personal training sessions? 

Our base gym in Perth is Shredded Health & Performance Innaloo, a fantastic gym were we have everything we need. Other locations including home based gyms will be consider upon request. (PT sessions are subject to availability)

Sessions typically run for 45 minutes, however we can tailor the sessions to your needs and time commitments.


Do i have to be a member to train wth you at Shredded?

Do I have to be a member to train with you at Shredded?

 You do not need to be a member of Shredded. You can pay a casual entry fee at the door however a membership would be more cost effective.
