Although the minimum coaching period is 12 weeks, when you sign up for online coaching with us, we make a plan with your short, mid and long term goals in mind. We'll teach you everything you need to know, monitor your progress, and keep you motivated to achieve your best.

Perkins Training is a personalised service. Programs and Nutritional Guidance are built specifically to your requirements, needs and ability. We aim to provide lifestyle coaching and education to maximise your results. 

What form of communication do you use?

Regular client check-ins via email (weekly/fortnightly). We also monitor your training via the Train Heroic App where we can provide feedback directly to you on the app. 
What do you mean by nutritional guidance?

We don't do meal plans. We focus on skill development and principles around nutritional approaches, allowing you to make flexible choices. Education is provided to help you make your own flexible choices towards your goals.

Step counter - Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit or Equivalent

Food Scale - To measure nutritional servings to provide long term education around portioning

Food Tracking App - My Fitness Pal or Equivalent 

Preferably access to a gym to maximise your results
What happens after I sign up?

We will send you an initial consultation form to complete. Once received, we will review and contact you if we need any more information. You will receive your training plan within 7-10 days. Training cycles typically start on Monday.

What is the minimum coaching period?

Goals and results take time to achieve which is why we initially have clients on board for a minimum of 12 weeks. To solidify these results we assume you will be with us for the long term. Depending on goals, clients may diet for the initial 12 weeks followed by a period of maintenance to ensure long lasting changes.
